In 2019 there were 8,153 licensed agents who represented at least one successful buyer (MLS records). 7,202 of these agents (88%) completed 5 or fewer purchases. Only 2.8% of the buyer agents sold 12 or more homes.

Since I began working as a buyer agent on Juliana Lee’s Team, I have typically been in the top 2% of all agents in Silicon Valley.
